While I love the show, last nights episode, Austin we have a problem, really took leave of reality. In reference to the solar burst of energy disrupting all electrical systems. With a solar storm burst, tools will not turn on by themselves, ladders, lights and sirens do not start to operate under their own power. If anything all electrical devices would suffer total burnout. The items would not energize. Its almost as The Transformers met the Austin Fire Dept. Also, any energy travels at the speed of light. With the static charges going through the powerlines with the airplane setting on the lines. Yes you could see sparks, but to out run a charge of electricity, you would need to the the Flash. The writers took leave of senses. Other than that, the show I would give five stars to. Lets keep it real for the rescues.
