I have just watched this for the first time, and this is the raw reality of addiction, the feelings of the one addicted, the parents, the siblings, and the emptiness of the addict, the helpless parents, and the confused hurt younger children.. I’m an addict, I will have two years next month and this movie is so beautiful, people judge us addicts and for parents of addicts they need to watch this and know it isn’t their fault and nobody can help us until we are ready to be helped.
