Chelsie Whitmer

I did enjoy the summer feel of this movie. I also really liked the lead actor and enjoyed his performance. I just wanted more character development—especially Margaret Cho’s character. I also didn’t like that the one plus size man featured had no love or sex story line—they framed him as the uptight, loveable friend that no one wants to have sex with. 3 stars because it could have been so much better!

This movie had so potential, but it was sadly flatlined by poor writing and directing. Loretta Devine’s performance was the only bright spot for me. It was up there with Kathy Bates and that is saying something.
