I think this movie was great. It was entertaining and a movie that many could enjoy (although the majority of girls, but hey, it is a Barbie movie). I loved to see everyone celebrating the movie and getting into the movie with dressing up in pink and Barbie shirts and accessories. This movie should not be getting the negative reviews I am reading so don't judge by those when considering to watch. So many people are taking too seriously and stuck on politics and how the men are portrayed. Please stop trying to dig out any underlying intents of the movie. Lighten up and realize this is just a fun movie with iconic dolls portrayed. Go see it and leave the preconceptions at the door..
