The show is awful. If you like soap operas you'll like this because it has all the familiar cliches. In fact the script is so predictable that you can guess what they say and do next AND you'd be right ! The cast is so disconnected from each other that its almost like watching a school play, whoever wanted the part got it and so its hard to warm up to any of the characters. The story line is so overdone that I am certain you've seen this type of show many times in your lifetime, the only thing that's different are the cast of characters and so this entire show is just boring. Example, the lead character is an older single mom with a teenage son, an abusive past, then the woman cast to play the grandma, is also single and ALSO had an abusive past and of course is keeping the usual dark secret, and naturally as with all soap operas, the lead female falls for the young single cop but only after the usual rocky introduction..etc etc Anyway, if you watch it you'll see what I'm talking about. There are obviously many shows that are similar to each other but there are enough differences that make them worth watching, but this is like a cookie cutter show, like a deja vous.
