What I see is the difference between two generations and each generation seems to think they have a right to the lives they are living.
I was born in the 1950s and I understand why the parents are struggling with the way the kids are catching up with technology and lifestyle on 2021. On the other side I can understand why the kids are trying to cope with the present life.
My advise to the parents is to be reasonable and try to see that, once the kids grown up, they are out there and they can’t do anything. Likewise, the kids need to understand where their parents are coming from as such not to be so hostile to them, because this is what they know and what they were taught.
I feel bad at what is happening to Olivia and Ethan. This is a conflict Ethan is going through, he can’t cope with the outside world while he hates how he was raised. They need to go slow. I like the way Micah and Moriah how they are handling their transition.
Hope Ethan, Olivia and the parents finds a way to start to communicate. Ethan is missing his family as a result he is angry.
I like watching this show as I can relate to most of the families I know as well as where I came from.
