Probably one of my favorite movies of all time. Saw this movie in 2019, repeated it in 2020 and I'm still planning on watching it over and over. The actors were smartly picked, they play they're characters impresively well looking at how each character is so different but still likable in its own respective ways. Although it left me with a big question when Debbie travelled back at the end of the movie to confront Stillman, does this imply that the time machine still existed in Debbie's(future) timezone which sort of gave her the priviledge to travel back into her past self ? Besides everything, I wish the movie had grossed much higher in Box Office.

This is yet the best Death Note movie. I'm glad changes were brought about, it makes it even more interesting as it comes with plenty of suspense. That part when Arma sacrificed herself as a sign of loyalty, that was heartmelting! The CGI is on godlevel, quite creepy and realistic.

Was sort of disappointed on the fact that the twists don't match the anime not even a bit. But then again because of the love that I have for the concept of Death Note itself, I enjoyed it. Ryuki even looked real, creepy n was hilarious. L wasn't as intelligent as I expected him to be, Kira also couldn't hide his tracks smartly so. I just feel like the writers should've actually written something deeper than this.
