This book so far (haven't finished it yet) is good in theory, the erotica is simple and to the point but could use more feeling and depth to balance it better. The book reads off the way middle school fantasy series, except for the erotica. I do like the story but corvina is lacking bite, is a bit too submissive in character at times. Smart but painfully underdeveloped as a main character. Vad is a bit full of himself. Scenes and concepts were rushed and side characters were dull and very npc. Love the macabre and darkness that's in it, could be better if used as a guide for a fantastic series or TV series.
