Tom cruise has proven once again that he is the authority when it comes to class acting. The way the guy delivers his performance of Barry seal, an ex TWA airline pilot who went on to work for CIA and South American drug cartel as a double agent , gives us an impression of how a Hollywood veteran executes his role.since the movie is based on a true story so it will not be reasonable to comment on the story writer but the way they have edited the movie is commendable. There are scenes mixed with excitement,humor,seriousness all blend together into this masterpiece. It’s worth your time if u are a ton cruise fan and even if u want to explore many facts related to the inception of drug trade on US soil. There is a recurring dialogue in the movie where Barry asks the viewers if America isn’t the greatest country in the world. American made makes me feel the Ans is yes.

I just wanted to write this review to tell people in my mediocre and uncritical tone that by watching this movie I wasted 2 hours and 500 Rs of my life( no I m not a Jew). This movie is a total drag. I don’t have any idea as to why critics are giving it 90% on rotten tomatoes and meta critic when we realise that it does not even deserve 10%. It’s a cliche post apocalyptic genre type film that does no justice to either the storytelling or the acting. It seems Emily blunt’s enormous talent has been under-utilised to its full extent. It does not have genuine horror to it rather relies on cheap sudden movements and scarejumps to try to terrorise the audience even which it fails to do completely. So plz if u are a selective and concerned movie goer avoid this mayhem and forgive Hollywood for this colossal mishap. PS- nothing personal against John krasinski or whatever his name is.
