The Pokemon Franchise is not known for making very good movies, to be truthful. Don't get me wrong, there are a few good ones- Mewtwo Strikes Back, The Power of One, Spell of the Unown, and Heroes, to name a few. They have made terrible movies in the past that were clearly desperate cash-grabbers.(Hoopa and the clash of ages was the most recent examples). But the fact that the Last 2 movies of Pokemon were good and decent respectively (The first half of I Choose You was really really good, but the second half, not so much) gave me hope that maybe,maybe Pokemon will make a good movie again. They definitely did not disappoint. Pokemon: The Power of One is brilliant. The characters, the story, the animation, it's a complete package. This has to be, at least in my personal opinion, the best Pokemon movie since Spell of the Unown. I won't spoil it for anybody who hasn't watched it. If you haven't watched it, please go do it already.
