It’s along time since a story pulled me in like this one. I don’t usually enjoy reading anything which could not happen in reality, but this book ran in parallel to a fairy tale and with a small stretch of the imagination I found myself embracing the fantasy element.
The characters are beautifully portrayed and description of the location and way of life all added to create a memorable story.
