The show was very well done. The performance, especially from Walter Goggins Cooper, was excellent, and the set design was really well done. The entire show felt like a Fallout game in the best way, and there were plenty of small nods that were fun to see. Where it fails however is what it does to the lore. Without getting into spoilers, fans of the series will see some major issues. These decisions vary from nitpicks to “how the hell did they mess that up” decisions which makes you wonder if they actually researched this stuff. While some of these are ignorable, many not only hurt the themes and story of this show but also those of previous games, especially New Vegas. So while I’d recommend this show for everyone I will say that fans of the series, especially the Black Isle/Obsidian ones, will find some very questionable parts.

While lacking in story aspects compared to the originals, Fallout 3 still amazes with it's amazing map design, exploration and atmosphere that is playable for over a hundred hours.
