Fun to watch... fantasy, but fun to watch... My take is that in real life Adri would be resentful as hell, Victor would have disappeared after a couple of dates, Val would be unhappily unemployed, and her friends would have ditched her after a couple of months for being poor- but again, it's a fun, fantastic, romantic series with beautiful photography and lots of attention to wardrobe, utiliries and gorgeous scenes of Madrid

Sorry for being a troll... the movie was fun- but romance was forced/out of place..the main character, the passionate, artsy, opera loving, delicate locksmith is definitely depicting a "gay man"- which is perfectly fine- but then why have the femme fatale and the gay locksmith "fall in love"? Makes no sense... the kiss scene is kind of humiliating/disturbing even ... A "sincere/friends for life relationship" would've worked better...

Haven't read the novels, but from what I have watched, find the story refreshing. The whole "women are invested with the power"and the underlying battle between men and women is great- Yet it surpasses expectation of sci-fi sagas- in the sense that the Directos/Actors take care to reveal the sensibility by and between the characters.. complexity of men-women relationships surface- Plus are beautiful sceneries, costumes and good photography... hope to see lots more of this series.
