Tei Mei

This movie was THE most boring movie I've ever wasted time watching. It wasn't scary. It wasn't uncomfortable. It was like wandering through my aunt's house in 1976 when I was like 5 and everyone was in the backyard. Wooohooooo, sooooo scary. Gimme a break. The jump scare was cheap and nothing was atmospheric or moody. It was annoying. Like someone was trying to give me an "elf on the floor" perspective with half shots of the TV and up angles of couches. If they were going for a child's perspective, they failed miserably. I signed up for AMC+ just to watch this. I think they should be paying people to watch it. This wasn't the mental gymnastics that I thought it would be. Boring. So slow, too many random stupid shots. I felt like I was going to have a seizure from the constant tv and light flicking. I really don't get anyone raving about this movie. It's like this was a money grab with nothing but neverending shots of lamps, kids' feet, Legos and dark doorways. The whole film could have been done in 4minutes instead of 80000 hours. No stars and would give negative stars if possible.
