I loved this series and hope that another will follow soon. Whereas other survival shows tend to focus on the hardships and suffering of isolation and survival, this series digs deep into the relationships and backgrounds of the participants. It weaves a magnificent tapestry of scenery and personal drama with self discovery, sacrifice and growth. The pace is sedate. The outcome is positive, uplifting and stirring.
