Just terrible for no reason. They could have gone for Men in Black meets Harry Potter. This was flavorless dry haggis.

Amazing and very subtle analogy for puberty. Interesting twists. I wished the music was a bit more catchy or simply using NSync, Backstreet Boys and etc as a definitive boy group since it's in keeping with the time period. Quirky and different. I appreciate the creativity.

Interesting take. Very creative and different than what I was expecting. Might be a touch too long but it's far from a family film. It will be interesting to see if we get a sequel to round it out. Great job on casting and wardrobe. They should have thrown one fashion line. They went for fashion, may as well double down.

While it might be pure sacrilege at this point... but I'm putting "The Rising of the Shield Hero" on top of Demon Slayer. Stone me if you must, but please upon my death, check out this anime. It's just solid progression. Great pace. Amazing character development. Hits on emotion beats and drops complex morals. This is anime for people that played too much RPGs growing up. It's a great entry point for Anime Beginners. It's just an overall show. Admit it, you can't start people with Attack on Titan and expect them to be normal. The animation in Demon Slayer is too good to start there cause everything would look like filth afterward. Start with Shield Hero and you won't go wrong.
