A gorgeous space fairy-tale Moonfall !
No-nonsense, basic human feelings and emotions, outrageously unscientific, with beautifully archetypal characters and "easy English" dialogue.
As predictable and self-quoting as Emmerich can get, with blunt product placements by Lexus and Kasperski (on space shuttle green screen computer).
Marvellous. Pretty much "Don't look up" for those, who didn't understsnd/like it. (You will surely) understand this, and, probably, still hate it 😁
I suspect, that's how the original 1977 Star Wars felt, before it became Episode 4 of the present day monstrosity: a bunch of guys fighting on neon sticks over a space girl with no bra. What can be better?
7 1/2 stars 😎
