Today was super busy but the staff was accommodating throughout our whole experience! We were looking for a specific size and design for a winter boot that we wanted that wasn’t available but the staff today gave us the best option and went above and beyond to make sure we were helped. Other stores we went to in the mall wouldn’t give us the time of day but Journeys helped us with all our needs! We bought Columbia boots today and are perfect for today’s weather. Thank you, Julius!
