Enjoyed it and it sticks iin the mind because of the originalty of the story. A book that does that is prerry good. It is a book of 2 halves as you might say though....they are not really linked that well but not to worry. I did like this one.

A very good read but you really need to concentrate. For a start there are a LOT of characters and at least ? 3 major viewpoint persons + a few, so you can suddenly find yourself completely adrift and wonder just who the ?? Is he?? Where did he come from?, then you have to re read. A fault of mine, not the author. But a very clever plot; I shall read more of this writer to be sure, this was the first novel of hers for me.

Written in her late eighties'Girl, ' by Edna obrien is an amazing portrayal of the horrors of abductions of young girls by Boko Haram and it is a difficult but astonishing read.
