I paid for the 30-day service ( July 5th, 2025 ) and it has been 45 days ( possibly more ) , with no information other than receiving it on July 21st, 2025 And today is September 5th, 2025. I've been reaching out to them asking to cancel my order and keep my money and just return my item and I am getting no acknowledgment, No update status. I paid for a service, to get no service. I mailed them my belonging, And seems like I am not getting that back. I am getting no acknowledgments on my concerns and questions and comments. I recommend people. Please stay away if you do not want to get ripped off and lose your belongings
