Anyone comparing Chernobylite to Metro (which is terrible anyway) or stalker really doesn't have a leg to stand on. This game is innovative while remaining simplistic. The lack of open world is intentional, and refreshing. Missions are chosen, by area, from your base. Crafting is kept to a minimum so you can focus on gameplay. Clunky at times, and prone to the occasional glitch. HOWEVER, the autosave feature easily let's you go back to just before the glitch to continue progress. Very good game by a small company. The audio atmosphere does a wonderful job of building, and retaining tension. Very intriguing storyline. Definitely worth a play through before judging it. Anyone saying otherwise should go back to Fortnite or Metro (which again...sucks.)
