'Are We Leading' starts with challenging the basic notion of 'leading' and goes on to explore a comprehensive gamut of concepts around leadership and the forms in which it is presented to us in life. It makes for a captivating read as the pace rises and falls through the chapters - with many lessons to take back - and reform the way we deal with people and situations on a daily basis. The Conclusion, in particular, is pretty power packed, energising and motivational. I'm looking forward to more works from this author. Kudos Kaushik ..
