Revolutionary Indian Horror! Lapachhapi is a well crafted, technically sound horror film with impressive performances, great Cinematography and unique screenplay. Usha naik as Tulsa bai is amazing, her expressive eyes and command over her vilage dialect makes her the perfect actor for the role. Pooja Sawant as Neha really surprised me, the sheer talent she has got is huge, she has done a good job. The thing which stands out in this film is the Cinematography. It's so brilliant, from the sudden zoom ins to the angled focus on the actors to the long shots..every shot in the movie is well crafted, which is much needed in an horror film. A big shoutout to the music and score of the movie, it's very unique and gives us the eerie countryside vibe. Overall I highly recommend you to watch this film, it's a breath of fresh airin the dying indian horror genre.

Kapoor and sons is a coming of age family drama with superb acting, brilliant cinematography and subtle comedy. These aspects makes it to be fit to call this movie 'cinema'. Some minor issues bugged me such as those cliche party songs where all of the people dance fully coordinated (a bwood norm)(but overall music and sound design was to the point). And one more thing was Siddarth Kapoor's acting in some important scenes. Don't get me wrong, he putforth an amazing performance but compared to the other cast, his was a bit weak. Hands down, career best performance of Rajat Kapoor and Ratna Pathak...man they were so good, it looked so organic which is the sign of stellar acting. Fawad Khan really impressed me , he captured the emotions of kindness, righteousness and guilt beautifully and Alia Bhatt as always was fabulous. This film is really emotionally powerful and symbolic and I highly recommend it .One of the best in Bollywood. Expect more works from Shakun Bhatra.

Betaal is a really good series to watch on Netflix. After Tummbad, I think this series is the only mascot for indian horror(although tummbad was much superior). Except some direction and screenplay issues, this series is a good 3.5 rated. The first episode is I think the most gripping and best(other episodes fall short in suspense, as we see in normal zombie movies or series eg Walking Dead).The ending, man! It redeems it's past episode mistakes and serves as a cherry on top of a cake....it's so good...it opens the opportunity to a greater, better season 2. P.S a special mention to the VFX and makeup team...man they were so good...the zombies were looking very realistic, especially the infected soldiers..they were not sloppy or janky. Overall its a good series to watch if u are expecting gods indian horror.

Virus is a meticulously crafted masterpiece with a really good non linear story line and I love how it transitions from a drama film to a thriller investigation. This film really deserved to go to the Academy Awards. The direction is top notch, the camera transitions, Flashbacks and thier interconnectivity have me a Christopher Nolan experience. Its a really great ensemble with legendary actors but it feels very organic. I can go on and on about this film and i am all praises about.This film...I will give 4.5 stars to.This film!
