I thought it was a very original concept, a good twist to the old cheff competition reality show. I found the rotation of different countries with its unique culinary/culture differences, offered a unique challenge from many perspectives. One of them being the inherent qualities a judge panel who can be affected n an interesting way by their own culture as far as expectations and their tolerance for cheffs to play and be creative with their culinary traditions. The phrase " remember who you are cooking for" is very real and very evident through out this series.
