My opinion... A movie about cops killing innocent people and getting away with it is just a bad idea. Yes, they investigated a serial killer, but that was played off as just a side show at the end. What the whole movie boiled down to was the cops getting away with murder. Isn't that what we are trying to stop? Instead, Hollywood dramatizes it so they can make money on the big screen? 👎👎 That being said, none of this has to do with the actresses or actors. Leto did amazing work and his scenes were my favorite. Still, a movie that should have never been made though.....in my opinion.
