This show is truly something special, beyond anything you will see elsewhere. Though the Bible has more depth than anyone could ever describe, most people, if not everyone, have trouble even putting their head under the water. This show is your oxygen tank, giving you more than just a face and name for each of the people Jesus heals and providing clarity to even the most oblivious of us. Though some may expect it to be a play-by-play of the Gospel, they instead deviate often from what we know has happened in them to further develop the characters, and to provide new understand and viewpoint to the Gospel's events. Watch it, though like with anything don't burn yourself out on it by watching more than one episode a day. Don't treat it like any other entertainment show, but understand that to watch it all at once wlould remove the clarity it otherwise brings. Watch it with family or whoever you can get to join. Maybe even bring it to your church or Bible study if you are able. They are planning 7 seasons, and are barely able to keep the current 2 free (check out their mobile app to watch it free) let alone finish season 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. They do not work with any large television company to publish this, but instead do it on their own so that the Lord's word may not be used for profit. Please, if you are able to do so and (after watching it of course) have found this show to be truly good, I plead with you to donate to them so they can keep the show going and keep the Gospel of the Lord open to all.
