Virtually indestructible supermen and super-villains, with a politically appropriate nod to a 'person-of-color' baddie with a golden heart, this ridiculous action caper is true to stereotype. Ridiculously choreographed action scenes, all in pursuit of a storage device that contains (hold your breath) evidence of corruption by a high level intelligence officer, who will stop at nothing to recover this said device, including using a morally bankrupt contractor who thinks nothing of blowing up entire neighborhoods. There, that's the entire plot in a nutshell. What follows over 2 hours of run-time is a total bludgeoning of the senses. Totally presumptuous of the film makers to position this as a spy caper, because it totally lacks in any subtleties. Even James Bond is more believable than the Gray Man.
Unrealistic, unbelievable plot with fashionably confused camera-work that accomplishes nothing other than leaving the viewer dizzy. Wafer-thin plot line with absurd over the top acting by all the main cast left this viewer cold and uninvested in the fate of the protagonist and his sidekick.
Overall, a pathetically wannabe and pretentious film which is neither relevant, nor engaging.
