Amazon has the worst game support EVER. Even pirate Lineage servers at the beginning of 2000s had significantly much better support and administration. I was playing Lost Ark just for 4 days. Ocassionally I was permanently banned with the reason "cheating", but I actually did nothing forbiden. I didn't sell or buy anything, I didn't modify client, I didn't use any additional softwarte, I didn't do anything forbiden by the code of conduct(I read it 3 times completely), at the moment of ban I was just running from one location to another. So I even can not understand a reason of this ban. I created an appeal for this ban at 14.07.2022, today is 19.07.2022 and no feedback, nothing. Treating clients this way is completely unacceptable. The worst company in the world.
