Lyra's character is totally ruined. she has no depth. eighty percent of her dialogue consists of chanting Roger's name. She is neither clever nor resourceful. She is not independent and wild and neither a habitual liar like in the books. This show is all about being dark and edgy but it fails to be cool of satisfying.
