Idk why they didn’t incorporate the mechanisms from legends arceus into this game. When there are hoards of Pokémon, or a Pokémon that is super common, I would have liked to just throw a pokeball at it and called it a day but I had to “start” a battle with every damn Pokémon I wanted and it wasted so much time. They had some solid gameplay in legends arceus and they just took it away. They also took away the agile and strong moves but whatever! The clothes and customization in legends arceus was also 1000x better, my girl was always so fashionable. The story for this game was also very cliche and cringey. While I know it’s a kids game Nintendo needs to learn to grow with its audience, as many other franchises have also done.
