I rally didn’t much like this book. The plot was full of holes and contrived and there was very little character development. I liked the bits set in the apocathery but overall I didn’t think it was very well written and I found one of the characters, Caroline boring though Nella and Eliza were not. But even they kept repeating the same things about their pasts. I found it annoying .
