I held out originally when the game came out due to some mixed reviews. Seeing a trend of recent positive reviews I decided to try it out. I have zero regrets, unlike like the countless other games I have tried over the last two years. The game is very engaging! I can only assume that the developers have quietly fixed any issues and taken in feedback. The game is a pleasure to play and you can start to see just how well thought out the systems are, the flow of the grind, the progression of the talents and blueprints. Really amazing! I hope the developers also continue with the lore of the game. Think icarus could grow into something much much bigger. The foundations of the game are amazing to me. This is comming from a fan of survival games, but hates the toxic nature of most of them.
