Sorry to say I did not like this film much. Expect Dulkar Salman to be little more cautious in selecting roles. We all love you Dulkar, but should come up with better roles than this.

The attempt to make such a movie is commendable since it gives a glimpse of the efforts and sacrifices made by our ISRO scientists. The technicalities under which this film is made is insignificant while considering the fact that every Indian will feel proud of the team of our scientists who worked for this prestigious project and the director made sincere effprt to bring up to the audience a real feel of the success story of the Mars mission.

Full credit to Mohanlal for his natural acting without which this film might have ended up as a total failure. Even the director could not make any impact even though he had a lot of opportunities to take this film to another level. The gimmicks of the so called Odiyans should have been displayed with more action scenes with the help of graphics and in comparison with Pulimurugan such thrilling scens were totally missing in Odiyan. Still the talents of Mohanlan made people to sit and watch the film till end without getting bored. Heard that this was a big budget film, but cant find that much of settings in this film which necessitated any huge spending as rumored. Even Prakash Raj did not get enough of opportunties to show his talents and perform as a matching villain to Mohanlal. Nothing special to mention about others including Manju Warrior, Innocent and Sidique. The film is worth seeing, the theme is something different and refreshing, despite all the drawbacks. Thanks to Mohanlal for taking so much of efforts for the tranformation to a youngster and he did it with perfection. It looked natural and no costumes can bring him to that kind of realistic appearence. Worth watching this movie atleast once.

Have seen Lucifer, Odiyan, Oru Yamandan Premakadha, Kumbalangi Nights, Njan Prakasan, Theevandi etc which were recent releases and can say without doubt Uyare is the best among them all. Parvathi at her best, Tovino, Asif Ali (sorry to see him in a negative role. But he did it with ease) , Sidique all did very well. Mohanlal and Mammooty the legends have got that charisma to attract audiance and if not up to that levels, Tovino came from nowhere and within a short time he is able to win the hearts of fans. If he continue to keep things simple and remain down to earth like now, he is most likely to secure a prominent place in Malaylam film industry in the years to come.

Seen the movie today. Apart from the impeccable screen presence of the great actor Mohanlal, rest everthing were not upto my expectations. The midas touch of Mohanlal saved this film, nobody else even Prithvi Raj not impressed me.
