Rachel, our supposedly unbiased reporter, is constantly surrounded by her fellow biased reporters who are clearly of the "Feminist" types. All but 2 or 3 were men, and the other sources she brings along with her are defense attorneys who work with sexual assault victims. At no point in any of this terrible documentary does Rachel attempt to prove the assaults actually happen, at no point do the victims offer more evidence to prove their claims to be true. Instead, all Rachel proves is that police departments can lie to you during an investigation and that police departments do terrible work from time to time (which we already know happens).
However, that DOES NOT prove the accusers claims to be true. The burden of proof is on the one that makes the claim. If you come forward with a sexual assault allegation, you MUST have proof it occured because it is a crime to file a false report and rightfully so. Look at Eleanor Williams case in UK, who accused multiple men of beating and SA'ing her (one of which took his own life) despite her completely making the entire thing up and destroying their lives and reputations. These women did not get conclusive rape kits. They did not do everything in their power to prove their innocence. They plead guilty on their OWN accord to making up false reports against these innocent men or imaginary men. Do NOT believe all women, because even one man falsely accused is one too many. If you're watching this for an unbiased investigation, keep looking. Trash documentary by trash reporters.
