Incredible. A dark journey thru the midage genius of NIN. To do such a dense and multifaceted album so far into a career, wow. Super uncommercial even for NIN! Trent breaks out an old instrument of his— saxophone, and tries on a lower singing voice here and there (both kind of ‘nod to Bowie’ items in a way) I love the dark, grating sound design pieces. Love that it’s about 40mins or less…. Like an album on vinyl. Don’t miss this if you’re a fan of the darker, broken and experimental side of Trent , Atticus and team
