Rip off. I had to give this a star otherwise I couldn’t post. I payed the greyhound price for a ride from Santa Cruz into San Jose and found out the morning of that Greyhound doesn’t actually service Santa cruz. The bus I rode in was the public transit bus. I could have payed the public transit price at 50% the cost of the Greyhound. Very deceiving and I won’t be using Greyhound again.
