My family of 9 went to see the movie and walked out after the first 20 minutes! The story of Our Lord's birth is not funny!! The mockery of the faith in this movie is terrible! Especially, especially Our Lady and St. Joseph!!! Our Lady was portrayed as selfish, bratty and disobedient to St. Anne and St. Joachim!! St. Joseph was portrayed as a womanizer!! He tried to pick up Mary at the market and he was already betrothed to her just didn't know her yet!!!! It is blasphemous!!! This is not scriptural! How can you possibly take something as sacred as the birth of our Creator and make it comical!!! let alone inaccurate!! I am so so surprised because we are such big fans of For King and Country and expected more from Joel Smallbone!!! We were so offended for Our Lord and His holy family!!! We will continue to pray in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Chaste Heart of St. Joseph!! What a shame!!
