Amazing! The best Halloween film, ever.

If you're looking for a well-written adventure with Prince Adam and his alter-ego He-Man, this is not for you. If you're looking for a political statement that makes you feel self-justified, you might just watch a few episodes...before realizing you're wasting your time, and watch something else.

Much as in life, this story about dark forces conspiring to consume you, begins as an idyllic, bright and warm safe haven. What the children perceive to be love, is merely the quality assurance manager's competence displayed in the end product. Though these children are demon food, if we just removed demons from the premise, it would be a perfect allegory for American capitalism. However, in this show, some of the people actually do not wind up becoming prey. In that respect, and only that respect, does it break with the moral of the story. Which is, your fate is sealed from birth in a society that cares nothing for you, as a person, but only for what it can take from you. Highly recommend.

Strictly speaking it is superior to the first film by every conceivable metric that SHOULD decide how well a film is received. That being said, it's still a "meh." If you're bored, and need your dose of Gal Gaddot, "That'll do, pig.". Otherwise, watch it when it is free, if you want a super hero film that is clean, wholesome and has a good moral to share.

If you enjoy being told your existence is the problem, you may enjoy this (If you're a man.). Should you want nuance, world building, story driven episodes, this is not for you.

Typical Hollywood feelgood film. Though the chemistry of the cast, as well as the brilliance of seasoned actors makes it a ride worth taking.
