Absorbing drama with interesting and believable characters. So sad for everyone involved.

This film could have been made and meant something. This making of the true story was farcelike and actually silly. The characters came over as stereotypes without depth or opportunity to communicate properly.. Gratuitous swearing robbed the script of sublty and nuance.

Best series I ve watched in a long time. Great cast and characters who are human ie a mixture of strengths and weaknesses. There are a number of story lines weaving in and out, which keep you interested and unsure how it will work out.. Quite gritty but good social history. Not to.be missed.

Who knew!!. A very unusual film based on the real events leading to the production of the Oxford Dictionary. Full of humanity and social history without being sentimental.
