I have been watching since 2001. I have definitely learned so much by watching.
I have to admit - i can no longer listen to the horrific, scratchy voice of Rachel!! Please replace her! She is a hot mess! Her hair is insane and she literally has zero talent!
Looks sloppy all the time.
