It may have been a long read and unproven, but the salad recipes were all made with highly nutritionally valuable ingredients beneficial to a diabetic diet.
I am saddened that I lost my copy to a fried computer before I even got to make one dressing. I was going to use them with my daughter who having had a stroke, would also benefit from the pure non-processed ingredients.
