As a long time avid fan of the books, I was excited but apprehensive about how this TV series would turn out. I am completely thrilled! As a stand alone show it's really fun and spooky. But for the book fans, it's a total geek fest! From the costumes to the sets to the script, I am over the moon at the attention to detail and tribute that they have paid to Jonathan Stroud's brilliant work. Many times through the show I was happily clapping my hands and squealing, "It's just like the books!" It's what every fan wants when they see books they love adapted to the screen. Add to that the fantastic acting, special effects and props, I really can't say enough good things about this show. Bravo Team Lockwood! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
