This movie lacked practicality and delivery. They raised hype about the church father incident, only to give us nothing. The fact that the verdict was to predeliver the baby 2 months prior and let it live in the society, the same society that will go on to shame the baby for being a child of a rapist. The child will go on to find out that he/she got abandoned by his/her own mother? And when janaki did know that she was bearing the child of the rapist, why didn't she abort it sooner when everyone told her to. I get it. She didn't know who the father was and she was in a bad condition. However, she did know that it was a rapist's child. The first half was captivating, the second half was meh. Line delivery had prominent gaps and the story could have been better written
