As younger people having just turned 40 we watched this when it first came out. We were aware of the struggle for Civil Rights as we were growing up, but it never resonated with us until we watched this. The courage and integrity of those leading this struggle were impressive. It focused us in a way nothing else had up to that point. I recommend it if you haven't seen it or if it has been awhile since you last saw it, I strongly recommend it.
