It is 5:49 pm EST. I really like MSNBC. I have never sought to find a way to reach out to you guys until now because as a woman, I was taken back. However, from time to time the News Commentators allow their own personal biases to overshadow the person’s opinion that they’re interviewing.
Example, the current Commentator was interviewing the Congresswoman from Florida and literally challenged her because she chose to endorse Mike Bloomberg. The Congresswoman told her why she was endorsing him, but it didn’t seem to be good enough and even appeared to have been angry with her because as a woman she shouldn’t have been endorsing him.
I guess for me it was her tone and demeanor and I felt that she was trying to embarrass and shame the Congresswoman. But why? I like this station and CNN because I can believe in their journalism.
I realize that we all have our biases, but it’s not good when those biases overshadow the person you’re interviewing. The Commentator actually appeared to have been angry with her.
