I give 'Near Dark' a score of A+ (100). The cinematography, lighting, acting, storyline, and script are excellent. The acting is natural. The dialogue is minimal and natural. It has some romantic elements to it, as well horror, action, suspense, and adventure. Every standard of film cinema is executed right in 'Near Dark'. And were 'Near Dark' to be released today the result would be success if only for the reason that it is such an original and unique concept. Anyone interested in what I am saying who has not seen 'Near Dark', allow the film to speak for itself; buy it online, have it mailed to you, and then see it.
