This book is the definition of captivating and exhilarating. Every page is a thrill. Read it over four years ago and I still get that exciting feeling just by reminiscing the characters, their wits and individual charisma. It's definitely a must read, and I'd know, I've read it about three times. Judith Mcnaught sparked my interest in historical romance and none of her books have ever disappointed. Whitney, My Love, however, is still my favourite book of all time.

Initially read the novel a couple years back and was in tears at the end. I never wanted the novel to come to an end, I literally couldn't get enough of it. The movie doesn't encompass of everything in the novel but it does justice to just how beautiful a story by Francine Rivers truly is. The entire movie from top to bottom is a must watch and the plot twist and emotional rollercoaster is everything to be honest. I usually don't like watching the movies of novels I've read because they tend to alter a lot but this particular movie had.me in tears and with a smile on my face. I love it. A wonderful novel and a beautiful movie.
