It was nice get away to the Paris I flitted through two decades ago. Also, I loved the caring interactions among the characters lives ... I am left longing for the wonderful neighbours, of all stripes and walks of life, that I was so very blessed to grow up with.

I enjoyed it but it may be seen as propaganda if a person's real life experiences, and what makes the news, is negative. This film may help bridge the gap between different ethnicities, but until every action is held to account, from all sides, by all sides, things will not improve for the 80% that don't have the money or connections or family supports.

One of the best movies I have ever seen. I am not of fan of the director for his treatment of women, based on Bjork's public outing of her own experience, but this movie, and Melancholia, are soooo good. They give you an unforgetable look into how to live right, and the need to not simply brush away abusive people, but take action when you come across someone being hurt by someone else.
