Am I the only one who was put off by the show when they started killing the main actors in Season 1 Episode 2? Then in Season 2 they killed almost all of them. They didn't even tell us what happened to them!! Come to season 3, the scenes did not depict major cross boarders as it was centred within just Europe? Were they tackling American cases in Season 1 & 2 just because Carl Hickman as an american was on board? Anyway I loved Don.
