Started to watch it, but immediately found the show is just another generic piece of hogwash. My copies of the Warlord Chronicles are testament to the amount of times I've read them. Every character in the books comes to life, the dirt, the smell, indeed the savagery of the time. Merlin and Derfel were beautifully interwined, whilst Arthur an enigma. I've said for years these books should be either a film or series, indeed if it had been made before the advent of "diversity" and "inclusion" in everything, it might have been watchable. As it is, the product is just another dumbing down of an historical, albeit legendary time of our history. I persevered with "Last Kingdom" (where Uthred was nothing like the character in the books), but the plots were akin to the stories. This is a lost chance to give fresh meaning to the Arthurian legend, which Bernard Cornwell did so in the brilliant books. I'll not be watching any more, it's awful.
